9 Food That May Block DHT and Fight Hair Loss

Consuming food with Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) blocking properties is a proven way to reduce hair loss and grow hair naturally. DHT is a hormone similar to testosterone that is thought to contribute to hair loss in both men and women.

Our body naturally converts about 5% of testosterone into DHT using an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. For blocking enzymes many foods are thought to decrease DHT production from testosterone and prevent hair loss. Let’s go on to know how to reduce DHT.
